Housing | Senior Enlisted

This branch manages housing actions of all the senior officer and enlisted quarters including assignment to Senior Officer, Command Sergeant Major and 1SG/MSG (E8). This branch stands ready to assist you in order to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Based upon availability, 1SG/MSG (E8) may be housed in the quadraplex units on South Post. Senior Enlisted personnel are housed in leased quarters in Hannam Village. Newly renovated quadraplex housing is now available for Senior Enlisted in the grade of E-7(P) through E-9.

The Quad’s sizes are: 3 bedroom - 1,700 sq. ft.
Army Family Housing (Hannam Village) Branch

Senior Enlisted personnel are housed in leased quarters in Hannam Village. We have leased 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartments located at Hannam Village, approximately 10 to 25 minutes from Yongsan. These quarters are smaller than stateside government quarters. The Hannam Village low-rise apartments are for company grade and senior enlisted command sponsored personnel and range in sizes of:

2 bedrooms - 929 sq. ft.
3 bedrooms - 1,490 and 1, 858 sq. ft.
4 bedrooms - 1,858 and 2,388 sq. ft.
5 bedrooms – 2,388 and 2,411 sq. ft. (only 5 units total)

The Hannam Village high-rise apartments are for enlisted command sponsored service members (E-1 through E-8) and the sizes are:

2 bedrooms - 838 sq. ft.
3 bedrooms - 1,112 sq. ft.
4 bedrooms - 1,519 sq. ft.

** Hannam Village residents please refer to USAG Yongsan Policy #2-1 (PolicyLetters). Dogs and cats are not authorized in Hannam Village.

There are three areas on South Post where leased townhouses are provided for field grade servicemembers. They are:

Loring Village (commonly known as Black Hawk Village)
Koelsch Grove (commonly known as Eagle Grove)
Krzyzowski Hills (commonly known as Itaewon Acres)

Townhouse sizes are:

2 bedroom - 1,145 and 1,229 sq. ft
3 bedroom - 1,359 and 1,513 sq. ft
4 bedroom - 1,535
